RELATING TO MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE STATE FOR | |

THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2014 | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
|

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2013-H 5127 Substitute A, as amended, |
|

Article 1, as amended, entitled "Relating to Making Appropriations in Support of FY 2014" is |
|
1-3 |
hereby amended on page 8, line 2, to change the number "36,486,933" to the number |
|
1-4 |
"36,186,933", and is further amended on page 8, line 4, to change the number "38,091,548" to the |
|
1-5 |
number "37,791,548". |
|
1-6 |
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2013-H 5127 Substitute A, as amended, |
|
1-7 |
Article 5, as amended, entitled "An Act Relating to Highways" is hereby amended as follows: |
|
1-8 |
1. On page 1, line 9, by deleting the language "February 1, 2014", and by inserting in |
|
1-9 |
place thereof the following language: "August 19, 2013". |
|
1-10 |
2. On page 1, by deleting all the new language on lines 13 through 16, beginning with the |
|
1-11 |
word "Until" and ending with the word "control", and by inserting in place thereof the following |
|
1-12 |
language: "Provided, however, until April 1, 2014, the toll imposed on the Sakonnet River Bridge |
|
1-13 |
shall not exceed ten cents ($0.10)". |
|
1-14 |
3. On page 1, line 31, by deleting the language "the East Bay". |
|
1-15 |
4. On page 1, line 32, by deleting the language "Infrastructure (EBI) fund, as set forth in |
|
1-16 |
RIGL section 24-17-3", and by inserting in place thereof the following language: "Rhode Island's |
|
1-17 |
infrastructure". |
|
1-18 |
5. On page 2, line 5, by deleting the language "December 1, 2013", and by restoring the |
|
1-19 |
stricken language: "January 15, 2014". |
|
2-1 |
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
