RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATIONS OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Lynne Combs of Millington, New Jersey, may join Maria C. Bulman and Andrew R.

Tower in marriage within the town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about September 7, 2013. The

Honorable Lynne Combs is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

1-5

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

“Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
