A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Representatives Diaz, and Slater

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Eric

Haakon Strand of Marion, Massachusetts, may join Heejun Hong Arms and Thomas Jacob

Paulsen in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about August 31, 2013.

Eric Haakon Strand is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

1-5

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

"Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
