A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Anis Diaz

may join Edmeliz Rodriguez and Benjamin Ayala, Jr., in marriage within the City of Cranston,

Rhode Island, on or about May 25, 2013. Anis Diaz is hereby authorized and empowered to join

the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-5

laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
