RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

CORPORATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Chapter 42-64 of the General Laws entitled "Economic Development

Corporation" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

     42-64-36. Repayment of moral obligation bond. – The corporation, the state and any

subdivisions of the state shall not make payment on the moral obligation bonds related to 38

1-5

Studios.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
