A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Howard

Wayne Nesbitt may join Melissa Nesbitt Reeves and Frederick Robert Pierce, Jr., in marriage

within the Town of West Warwick, Rhode Island, on or about June 1, 2013. Howard Wayne

1-4

Nesbitt is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to

and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
