A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Marisa

Leigh Ratigan may join Amy Patricia Ratigan and Ryan Adam Gilbert in marriage within the

Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about June 7, 2013. Marisa Leigh Ratigan is

hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

1-5

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
