It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |

SECTION 1. Chapter 39-3 of the General Laws entitled "Regulatory Powers of |
|

Administration" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |

39-3-45. Regulation of objectionable content. -- The commission may promulgate |
|
1-4 |
reasonable regulations concerning the display of objectionable content. The regulations may |
|
1-5 |
include adequate warning for material deemed not suitable for viewing by children as well as |
|
1-6 |
restrictions on material deemed by the commission to be indecent. |
|
1-7 |
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
