RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, William

Tuttle may join Steven Peter Osborne and Carol A. Fletcher in marriage within the Town of

North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about July 28, 2013. William Tuttle is hereby authorized

1-4

and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with

1-5

chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
