A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Representatives Blazejewski, and Ajello

     Date Introduced: January 29, 2013

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Thomas A. Bishop, Appellate Court Judge for the State of Connecticut, may join

William W. Hewson and Huawen Zheng in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode

1-4

Island, on or about August 17, 2013.  The Honorable Thomas A. Bishop is hereby authorized and

1-5

empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter

1-6

15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
