RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Marvin L. Abney, may join Nicole Maria Moore and Tristan Robert Rock in marriage

within the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about February 26, 2013. The Honorable Marvin

L. Abney is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant

1-5

to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of

1-6

Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
