It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--S 2179 Substitute A, entitled "An |

At Relating to State Affairs and Government – Corrections Department," the title of said act is |
|

hereby amended to read as follows: |
|

AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT – |
|

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--S 2179 Substitute A, entitled "An |
|

At Relating to State Affairs and Government – Corrections Department," said act is hereby |
|
1-8 |
amended by adding the following new language at the start of the act of page 1, line 1, and by |
|
1-9 |
renumbering each subsequent section accordingly: |
|
1-10 |
"SECTION 1. This act shall be known and cited as 'Jason's Law.'" |
|
