A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Senators Shibley, and Kettle

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Reid

Kingsbury Davenport may join Jessica Laura Olivier and Joseph Edward Badenhoff in marriage

within the Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about September 16, 2012. Reid

1-4

Kingsbury Davenport is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

1-5

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

“Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
