RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Edward L.

Burke may join Emily Bova and Samuel Prager Burke within the Town of Middletown, Rhode

Island, on or about August 4, 2012. Edward L. Burke is hereby authorized and empowered to join

the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-5

laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

marriage within the Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, on or about August 4, 2012.
