LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY ISSUES DEALING WITH LEASED LAND

DWELLINGS

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 365

passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2010, and approved July 1, 2010,

entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Issues Dealing

with Leased Land Dwellings" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the

General Assembly on or before March 1, 2013, and said commission shall expire on June 1,

2013; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 365 passed by the

1-8

General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2010, and approved July 1, 2010, be and the same

is hereby rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to

study issues dealing with leased land dwellings from March 2, 2012, to March 1, 2013, and said

commission would expire on June 1, 2013.
