RELATING TO FISH AND WILDLIFE - WATERFOWL HUNTING - PORTSMOUTH

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Chapter 20-14 of the General Laws entitled "Birds" is hereby amended by

adding thereto the following section:

     20-14-10. Bird hunting limitation in Portsmouth. – The hunting of waterfowl is

prohibited in the town of Portsmouth in the area south of Corys Lane and north of Maritime

1-5

Drive.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
