A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, The

Honorable Kathryn M. Herrick may join Michelle K. Toland and Todd A. Herrick in marriage

within the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about September 14, 2012. The Honorable

1-4

Kathryn M. Herrick is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in

1-5

marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled

1-6

“Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
