A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Timothy

M. Bibaud, First Justice of the Western Worcester District Court, Massachusetts, may join Laura

O’Brien and Alfonso Payne in marriage within the Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, on or

about August 10, 2012.  The Honorable Timothy M. Bibaud is hereby authorized and empowered

1-5

to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the

1-6

general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
