It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |

SECTION 1. The City of Pawtucket is authorized to exempt from taxation, to the extent |

the city council of said city may from time to time determine, the real and personal property of |
|

Banda Nova Alianca STo. Antonio De Pawtucket Inc., a Rhode Island 501c(3) nonprofit |
|

corporation. |

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
