RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael J.

Trenn may join Holly M. Andrade and Scott L. Pacheco within the Town of Portsmouth, Rhode

Island, on or about June 2, 2012. Michael J. Trenn is hereby authorized and empowered to join

the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general

1-5

laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
