RELATING TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Title 22 of the General Laws entitled "GENERAL ASSEMBLY" is hereby

amended by adding thereto the following chapter:

     CHAPTER 20-1

DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

     22-20-1. Disclosure requirements. – All members of the senate and of the house of

1-6

representatives shall make full disclosure of any business dealings they or their business partners,

1-7

associates, or relatives have with any entity having an interest in legislation before the general

1-8

assembly.

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
