A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Representatives Azzinaro, Guthrie, DaSilva, and Edwards

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Samuel J.

Azzinaro may join Mary E. Azzinaro and Christopher Banks in marriage within the Town of

Westerly, Rhode Island, on or about August 31, 2012. Samuel J. Azzinaro is hereby authorized

1-4

and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with

1-5

chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
