A N A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Jeffrey

Mahoney may join Kristen Elizabeth Petrillo and Michael Joseph Petrelli in marriage within the

Town of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about July 28, 2012. Jeffrey Mahoney is hereby

1-4

authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in

1-5

accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.”

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
