     RESOLVED, That the special house commission created pursuant to Rule 11(b) by the

Speaker of the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2011, and authorized on

December 5, 2011, entitled "House Commission To Study The Rhode Island Resource Recovery

Corporation, as it pertains to the Rhode Island Central Landfill" is hereby authorized to continue

its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before March 6, 2012; and be it

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting for the commission created pursuant to Rule

11(b) by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2011, and authorized

December 5, 2011, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

     This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special house commission to study
