     RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not

otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2005-2006 the sum of $311.02 to pay the claim of

Adrianne DaPonte of 81 Jenks Street, East Providence, Rhode Island 02914 for damages to her

vehicle when it struck a roadway defect at or near Route 195 eastbound and the Gano Street exit

in the city of Providence, on or about March 9, 2005 and the state controller is hereby authorized

and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
