     RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not

otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2002-2003 the sum of $9,660.89 to pay the claim of

Champlin’s Seafood Deck, Inc., P.O.Box 426, Narragansett, Rhode Island 02882 for damages to

its vehicle when it was struck by a deer at or near Commodore Perry Highway and Succotash

Road, in the town of South Kingstown on or about October 21, 2000; and the state controller is

hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of

said sum.
