PERMITTING STEPHEN J. KERR TO TRANSFER ACCRUED SICK LEAVE TO COLLEEN M. KERR

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Not withstanding the provisions of title 36 or any other general or public law to the contrary, Stephen J. Kerr, a Rhode Island Supreme Court employee, shall be permitted to transfer one hundred twenty (120) accrued sick leave hours to his wife, Colleen M. Kerr, a Rhode Island Department of Transportation employee.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
