MAKING AN APPRORIATION OF $1808.00 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF DARLENE MARTY OF 65 SEAMANS STREET, WOONSOCKET, RHODE ISLAND 02895

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001 the sum of $1808.00 to pay the claim of Darlene Marty of 65 Seamans Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island 02895 for damages to her vehicle when it was struck by airborne stones catapulted by a weedwacker under the care, custody and control of a state employee at or near the entrance to the World War II State Park, on Social Street in the city of Woonsocket on or about July 5, 1999; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
