MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $2,115.58 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF ROBERT E. ST. GERMAIN OF 2305 K DIAMOND HILL ROAD, WOONSOCKET, RHODE ISLAND 02895
RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001 the sum of $2,115.58 to pay the claim of Robert E. St. Germain of 2305 K Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, Rhode Island 02895 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a highway island at or near 1716 Mendon Road in the town of Cumberland, on or about February 24, 1999; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.
