MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF $1750.91 TO PAY THE CLAIM OF AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, PO BOX 6008, PROVIDENCE, RI 02940 AS SUBROGEE OF JOSEPH M. UNGARO OF PO BOX 1511, 379 POND SHORE DRIVE, CHARLESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND 02813

RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001 the sum of $1750.91 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Joseph M. Ungaro of PO Box 1511, 379 Pond Shore Drive, Charlestown, Rhode Island 02813 for damages to their insured's vehicle when it was struck by a deer at or near Route 2, southbound, in the town of Exeter on or about November 30, 1998; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum.

This resolution authorizes the appropriation of the sum of $1750.91 to pay the claim of Amica Mutual Insurance Company, PO Box 6008, Providence, Rhode Island 02940 as subrogee of Joseph M. Ungaro of PO Box 1511, 379 Pond Shore Drive, Charlestown, Rhode Island 02813.
