§ 7-12.1-1106. Appraisal rights.

An interest holder of a domestic merging, acquired, converting, or domesticating partnership is entitled to contractual appraisal rights in connection with a transaction under this article to the extent provided in:

(1) The partnership’s organic rules; or

(2) The plan.
