R.I. Gen. Laws § 28-42-56

§ 28-42-56. Witness fees.

Witnesses subpoenaed pursuant to § 28-42-54 shall be allowed fees at a rate fixed by the director. Those fees shall be deemed a part of the expense of administering chapters 42 — 44 of this title.
