It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 5-65 of the General Laws entitled "Contractors' Registration" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
5-65-22. Display of Certificate of registration. -- {ADD All contractors subject to the provisions of this chapter shall include its certificate of registration number on all advertising proposals, contracts and invoices set forth in a conspicuous manner. ADD}
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect January 1, 1999.
