H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY MOVING THE 1ST DIVISION DISTRICT COURT TO BRISTOL COUNTY FROM THE GARRAHY COMPLEX

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 93 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved May 1, 1996, entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Study The Feasibility Of Moving The 1st Division District Court To Bristol County From The Garrahy Complex" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before February 6, 1998, and said commission shall expire on April 6, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 93 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved May 1, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
