| Providence, RI 02911 for damages to his vehicle when it struck roadway debris while traveling |
| on Route 44, in the City of East Providence on or about October 16, 2023; |

| The sum of $283.50 to pay the claim of Patricia Emsellem of 23 West Street, Newport, |
| RI 02840 for damages to her vehicle when she struck a roadway defect while travelling on Route |
| 138 in the City of Newport on or about April 4. 2024; |

| The sum of $1,000.00 to pay the claim of David H. Pilloni of 18 Macintosh Drive, |
| Cranston, RI 02921 for damages to his vehicle when it was struck by roadway debris while |
| traveling on Route 37 in the area of Pontiac Avenue in the City of Cranston on or about October |
| 13, 2023; |
