| AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PERMANENT ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR THE RHODE ISLAND HOUSE VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE |

| RESOLVED, That the composition of the permanent advisory council created by |
| resolution No. 003 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2004, and |
| approved January 7, 2004, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Permanent Advisory Council |
| for the Rhode Island House Veterans' Affairs Committee" and as amended by resolution No. 246 |
| passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2004, and approved May 11, |
| 2004, entitled "House Resolution Amending resolution 04-003, 2004 H 7010, Enacted January 7, |
| 2004, creating the Permanent Advisory Council for the Rhode Island House Veterans' Affairs |
| Committee," and as amended by resolution No. 028 passed by the House of Representatives at its |
| January session, A.D. 2006, and approved January 11, 2006, entitled "House Resolution |
| Amending the Permanent Advisory Council for the Rhode Island House Veterans' Affairs |
| Committee," and as amended by resolution No. 157 passed by the House of Representatives at its |
| January session, A.D. 2017, and approved March 29, 2017, entitled "House Resolution Amending |
| the Membership of the Permanent Advisory Council for the Rhode Island House Veterans' |
| Affairs Committee," be and the same is hereby amended by changing the membership to |
| seventeen (17) members; all of whom shall be honorably discharged veterans and be qualified |
| electors of this state, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House. |
