| EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE TASK FORCE TO IMPROVE THE LONG-TERM OUTCOMES AND REDUCE RECIDIVISM OF FEMALES WITHIN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE POPULATION |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 446 |
| passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved May 11, |
| 2023, and passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 15, 2023, |
| entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Task Force to Improve the Long-Term |
| Outcomes and Reduce Recidivism of Females Within the Criminal Justice Population" is hereby |
| authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives and the Senate |
| on or before June 4, 2024, and said commission shall expire on June 7, 2024; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 446 passed by the |
| House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved May 11, 2023, and |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 15, 2023, be and the |
| same is hereby rescinded. |
