| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 440 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 15, 2023, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Review and Provide |
| Recommendations for Professionals and Labor-Management Standards that Provide School- |
| Based Flexibility and Accountability for Employees of the Providence Public Schools" is hereby |
| authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before June 4, 2024; and be |
| it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 440, passed by the |
| General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2023, and approved June 15, 2023, be and the |
| same is hereby rescinded. |
