| RELATING TO PROPERTY -- MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE AND SALE--MEDIATION CONFERENCE |

| It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: |
| SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 72 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
| to Property – Mortgage Foreclosure and Sale--Mediation Conference" is hereby amended to read |
| as follows: |
| Section 2. This act shall take effect sixty (60) days following passage, and shall expire on |
| July 1, 2023. |
| SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 73 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating |
| to Property – Mortgage Foreclosure and Sale--Mediation Conference" is hereby amended to read |
| as follows: |
| Section 2. This act shall take effect sixty (60) days following passage, and shall expire on |
| July 1, 2023. |
| SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
