A N   A C T

RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES - SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 157 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

to Criminal Offenses - Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification" is hereby

amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2019 2020, and shall apply to all

persons who have been convicted of an offense that required or will require registration as

provided by this act.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 259 of the 2018 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

to Criminal Offenses - Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification" is hereby

amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2019 2020, and shall apply to all

persons who have been convicted of an offense that required or will require registration as

provided by this act.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
