RELATING TO TAXATION -- PROPERTY SUBJECT TO TAXATION

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 510 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Property Subject To Taxation" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 523 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Property Subject To Taxation" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 3. Section 2 of Chapter 512 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Exempt Property" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 4. Section 2 of Chapter 524 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Exempt Property" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 5. Section 2 of Chapter 513 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation " is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 6. Section 2 of Chapter 525 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation " is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 7. Section 2 of Chapter 520 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Property Subject To Taxation" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 8. Section 2 of Chapter 531 of the 2013 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating

To Taxation -- Property Subject To Taxation" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage on December 31, 2011.

SECTION 9. This act shall take effect upon passage.
