RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- JASON'S LAW

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--S 2179 Substitute A, entitled "An

At Relating to State Affairs and Government – Corrections Department," the title of said act is

hereby amended to read as follows:

     AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT – CORRECTIONS

DEPARTMENT JASON'S LAW.

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--S 2179 Substitute A, entitled "An

At Relating to State Affairs and Government – Corrections Department," said act is hereby

amended by adding the following new language at the start of the act of page 1, line 1, and by

renumbering each subsequent section accordingly:

"SECTION 1. This act shall be known and cited as 'Jason's Law.'"

SECTION 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--H 7112 Substitute A, entitled "An

hereby amended to read as follows:

DEPARTMENT JASON'S LAW.

SECTION 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of 2012--H 7112 Substitute A, entitled "An

At Relating to State Affairs and Government – Corrections Department," said act is hereby

amended by adding the following new language at the start of the act of page 1, line 1, and by

renumbering each subsequent section accordingly:

"SECTION 1. This act shall be known and cited as 'Jason's Law.'"

SECTION 5. This act shall take effect upon passage.
