RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- HEALTH CARE SERVICES--UTILIZATION REVIEW ACT

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 424 of the 2008 Public Laws entitled "An Act

Relating to Health and Safety – Health Care Services Utilization Review Act" is hereby amended

to read as follows:

Section 2. The date for repeal of the section is hereby extended to July 1, 2011 2015.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
