A N A C T

RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - VIDEO LOTTERY TERMINAL

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. The provisions of section 42-61.2-7 of the general laws, in chapter 42-61.2

entitled “Video Lottery Terminal” which relates to an increased share of net terminal income for

the town of Lincoln and the city of Newport which are set to expire on June 30, 2010 are hereby

extended until June 30, 2011.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 218 of the public laws of 2009 entitled “An Act

Relating to State Affairs and Government – Video Lottery Terminal” is hereby amended to read

as follows:

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage and shall be retroactive to June 30,

2009 and it shall expire on June 30, 2010 2011 .
