RELATING TO LABOR -- THE EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS -- ADULT

ENTERTAINMENT

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 28-3 of the General Laws entitled "Employment of Women and

Children" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

28-3-9.1. Employment of minors as adult entertainment performers prohibited. --

No person under the age of eighteen (18) may work in a commercial adult entertainment

establishment.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
