RELATING TO INSURANCE - MANDATED BENEFITS

  It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 27-69-6 of the General Laws in Chapter 27-69 entitled "Mandated

Benefits" is hereby reinstated.

27-69-6. Sunset provision. -- This chapter shall be and is hereby repealed effective July

1, 2010 2012.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
