RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - RHODE ISLAND PUBLIC RAIL CORPORATION ACT

It is enacted by the
General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 42-64.2-6 of the General Laws in Chapter
42-64.2 entitled "Rhode
Island Public Rail
Corporation Act" is hereby amended to read as follows:
42-64.2-6.
Directors. -- The powers of the
vested in a board of directors consisting of a director of
the state department of administration,
the director of the state department of transportation,
and the chairperson of the
public transit authority or the designee of each.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
