RELATING TO AN
ACT TO INCORPORATE THE STONE BRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT AND TO FINANCE A SUPPLY OF
WATER FOR THE TOWN OF

It is enacted by the
General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 974 of the Public Laws of
1940, as amended by the
Public Laws of 1995, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. All that portion of the town of
point where the south line of Carey's lane intersects the
shore of
