A N A C T

RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this act is to repeal the amendments made to

section 31-1-23 and to further repeal the new proposed sections 31-19-1.1 and 31-19-1.2, which

amendments and repeal were effected by Chapter 640 of the 2006 Public Laws entitled "An Act

Relating to Motor and Other Vehicles". It is not the intention of this act to repeal the provisions of

section 31-1-23 as said section exists without said amendments.

     SECTION 2. Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Chapter 640 of the 2006 Public Laws entitled "An

Act Relating to Motor and Other Vehicles" are hereby repealed.

     SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
