ARTICLE 19 SUBSTITUTE A

RELATING TO AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR SHOPS

SECTION 1. Section 5-38-8 of the General Laws in Chapter 5-38 entitled "Automobile Body Repair Shops" is hereby amended to read as follows:

5-38-8. License fee. -- The license fee for each year shall be one hundred dollars ($100) one hundred fifty dollars ($150). If an applicant desires to do business in more than one location, he, she, or it shall pay a separate fee of one hundred dollars fifty fifty dollars ($150) for each location authorized by the department of business regulation.

SECTION 2. This article shall take effect as of July 1, 2005.
